Celebrating World Heart Day, Siloam Denpasar collaborates with ATLAS Beach Fest providing free medical check up
Bali, 29 September 2022 – Celebrating the day of World Heart Day, Siloam Hospitals Denpasar collaborated with ATLAS Beach Fest to bring a seminar with free medical check up. The celebration of World Heart Day was located in ATLAS Beach Fest participated with local people and staff.
Positive vibes from the locals, this occasion was opened with a seminar and conducted by Dr. dr. I Made Junior Rina Artha, Sp.JP (K), FIHA, FAsCC, FAPSIC, FSCAI, FESC, specialized in cardiology. Discussing “Prevention of Coronary Heart Disease '' educates local people that heart disease is the number 1 disease in Indonesia that causes demise.
“Healthy Lifestyle will prevent coronary heart disease. Healthy heart, for a healthy life. I hope this event World Heart Day can be conducted every year”, said Dr. dr. I Made Junior Rina Artha, Sp.JP (K), FIHA, FAsCC, FAPSIC, FSCAI, FESC. Dr. dr. After the knowledge sharing in the seminar, the occasion continued by giving a mini medical check up for free to the local Tibubeneng and the nearby society. The result of the medical check up can track blood sugar, uric acid, and tension and will be recorded and indicate if a person has a tendency of heart attack.
“This is the first time I got a free medical check up from my office. From the medical check up result, I understand about maintaining my blood sugar and my body as well. Hopefully, this event can be conducted every year”, said Ekayanti, waitress of Petitenget Artisan Bakery.
Society’s hope that every year can conduct this event is warmly welcome by Siloam Hospital Denpasar and ATLAS Beach Fest.
